My kids thought I would benefit from use of a sauna. What a great gift, they were right. The heat helps my aches and pain and I have more energy than I have had in years. Get one, it has helped me tremendously. Easy for a not so technology inclined old schooler like me to use.
I'm very satisfied with my purchase of the Sunray Barrett sauna. It is a 1 person but 2 can fit easily. I use it daily to detoxify and it was an excellent buy and enjoyable. I would recommend and purchase again for sure!
