Installed the 972 steam shower in a recent remodel where we removed an old 59x32 inch bathtub that was in an alcove. We added a dedicated electrical circuit and used the existing water supplies. Worked out great and the client was pleased with the results. One thing to note is that you to have ample water pressure for the amount of jets in the shower. For this client we ended up putting a booster kit on his cold water supply line that gave the jets plenty of power

Hands down best upgrade to our bathroom! Customer service received was phenomenal throughout entire process. Stool was damaged upon arrival and unpacking but no issue to replace by company. It was such a great decision to purchase! We love it!
It heats up very fast and you can add essential oils, which is great when we're congested. One thing to consider is that in order to improve your health instead of deteriorating it, you have to clean the shower very often, specially under the teak base, otherwise you will be breathing mold. It cost me $750 to have it professionally installed. The unit works perfectly and it's just a great addition to any bathroom. Absolutely beautiful.
First I would like to say communication was great ..any question were answered within 24 hours .. as far as delivery they dropped off at bottom of driveway half in the road .. As far as product goes assembly instruction were useless ..watch on youtube .. but the quality of steam shower is really nice everything works great !! .. I would like to say again thanks to customer service.
