Here is my 6 month review of the Mesa 608A. So far the steam shower is working as expected. I use it just about everyday for steam and shower. The jetted tub doesn't get used much except to sit and steam. So far all parts are functioning as normal. I did have to adjust the door rollers on the sliding doors as one started to drag. The foot massager has been used only once. It has a lot of power but not my thing. The primary reason for me to buy the steam shower was the steam which so far has been great.
Our steam shower arrived with damaged glass. After spending an hour on the phone with the trucking company they said there was nothing they could do as we had already signed for the package. I contacted the company who did agree to send the new glass out but the experience with the shipping company was not pleasant. I would highly recommend you guys use a different delivery company.
Received this shower on a VERY sturdy pallet, delivery by Fed ex was awesome. They notified me of the day and time, it worked out as stated. Have not installed it yet, but it looks to be high quality. GREAT correspondence with the sales, AND technical staff. I will update upon installation
We absolutely love this shower. Looks amazing and works great! Front step was a little short but we added a platform mat to extrend the threshold which is perfect! Wonderful
I had been eyeing this item for several months. Read great reviews and decided to get it. My wife and I absolutely love it, in heaven. Hired electrician and plumber to complete with my help and so glad I did. Worth every penny.
This shower has so much room. Took old traditional tub out of bathroom during remodel which freed up the perfect space. Learning to use all the features still but so far I love it. Took my gc some time to fully install with a couple of hiccups but managed just fine!
We looked at a few models and settled on this one because of the shower tub combination. So glad we made the purchase. Shower looks amazing in our bathroom and we have used all components, great steamer and everyday shower.
We love this shower and tub. Handheld wand wasn't working upon install, replaced with local store bought and worked just fine. Very spacious and comfy. All features otherwise work great, very pleased.
Only reason giving 4 stars had slight damage upon arrival to door, company immediately sent new which delayed installment a little. But wow, we love the shower. So many cool features and space. The kids fight over using the shower! Wish we would have bought years ago!
